Anime Recommendation: Soul Eater

お久しぶりです。 It's been a while. I've been lying low too long a certain friend complained. You know who you are. So I think it's time to post something. I want to revive my 7seeds project sometime this year. In a few months or so, I should be able to come up with something. In the meantime, I would like to recommend a shonen series, Soul Eater. It's done by my favorite animation studio, Bones. It took a while for me to get used to the unusual character design and environment. Basically I love the idea of "humans" in weapon form. And I like the songs too. *I was overjoyed when I saw a Portishead poster in the main character's room in the manga.* Loved/hated Bleach? Then try this one.

Genre: shonen, shinigami
Status: ongoing manga and anime
Rating: Highly recommended

To all those who supported my scanlations, I would like to give you my deepest thanks. Through this project I was able to feel fulfilled and happy that I was serving other fans. Takejiro will no longer be releasing other chapters. Storm in Heaven will continue the project so do not fret. They have come to rescue me in the most apt time as I am currently emotionally and physically unable to continue this endeavor. And so I owe the guys in Storm in Heaven. Thanks to everyone who spent time and effort with me, Urunner and Nina. It was short but it was something that I can say I'm truly proud of doing. More power to 7 seeds.
